Fit Little Ones - Privacy Policy

Fit Little Ones is a private, invite-only fitness app for an approved group of family members. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is provided by Manne Education and Design Co. LLC.

Information we collect

• Account details from your sign-in provider, such as your name and email address when you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Workouts you build, schedule, and log, including sets, reps, weights, and notes.
• Body weight entries you add to track progress.
• Food photos and nutrition logs you choose to add.
• Basic profile information you provide inside the app.

Apple Health data

If you choose to connect Apple Health, and only with your permission, the app reads your recent workout records. This can include the workout type, duration, distance, active energy burned, and average heart rate. We use this data to show your workout history inside the app and to send you a notification celebrating a completed workout.

Your Apple Health data is stored in your private account so it stays available across your devices. We never use Health data for advertising, we never sell it, and we never share it with third parties for their own use. You can turn this access off at any time in the Health app under Sharing, or by deleting your account.

How we use your information

• To run the app and show your workouts, schedule, progress, and history.
• To send you notifications you have allowed, such as workout reminders and celebrations.
• To read the nutrition information on a food label you photograph.
• To keep the app secure and working correctly.

Where your data is stored

The app runs on Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, and Cloud Functions). Your data is stored on Google Cloud servers and protected by security rules that limit each account to its own data.

Sharing

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. Data is only processed by the service providers that make the app work:

• Google Firebase, for sign-in, database, storage, and app hosting.
• Google Gemini, only when you scan a food label, to read the nutrition facts from that image.

Family and children

Fit Little Ones is used within a family group. A parent or guardian sets up and manages the accounts and is responsible for any information entered about a minor. If you want a child's information removed, delete the account or contact us using the details below.

Your choices

• Delete your account at any time from the Home tab. This permanently removes your account and all associated data, including workouts, logs, photos, and imported Health data.
• Disconnect Apple Health at any time in the Health app.
• Turn notifications on or off in your device Settings.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your data is removed from our systems.
